Our entire infrastructure is set up to carry out all the operations with ease and in an efficient manner.
Knitting
Yarn – Yarn is the most important and primary requirement for the fabric look the best and feel perfect. We choose the best long staple cotton super combed yarn from the selected mills.
Knitting - We make the best fabric with our sub contracted Knitter's with the latest and advanced machineries like Mayer & Cie and Pai Lung to produce various types of circular knitted fabrics right from 100gsm to 400gsm.
We are specialized in a wide range of fabrics like Cotton, Organic Cotton, Polyester, Bamboo Viscose, Bamboo Cotton, Modal, Tencel and various blends of them.
Dyeing
Dyeing & Wet Processing – Ultra modern soft flow machines are used for fabric dyeing. Dyes and chemicals used are Azo Free which is Eco Friendly and HTHP machines used for cotton, polyester, Viscose and other blend fabrics.
Garment dyeing – Garments are processed in electronically controlled garment dyeing units. This gives perfect dyeing, vintage look and wash effects. And also we offer special treatments like Stain repellent, anti microbial, wrinkle resistant, UV protective, bio & enzyme wash.
Environment Concern – Socially responsible to protect, conserve the nature and in turn support several eco friendly process and procedures that do not harm the environment.
Garment Stitching
We have total vertical setup which is about 10,000 Sq.ft. of floor area with 60 Latest garment sewing machine which has been imported from the major company - Juki.
The sewing division is well equipped to handle any style from T-shirts, Polo's, Nightwear's, Casualwear, Pyjamas, Hoddies, Joggers, Leggings, Shorts, Briefs to New born and Kids wear.
Production Capacity : 45,000 Pcs / month
Printing
All over print on knitted fabric using multi color rotary printing machine are done with our sub contracted Printer with Stormac for reactive, pigment and discharge prints
Placement prints pigment, plastic sol, non pvc, flock, glitter, discharge prints on imported machines.
We are specialized in digital printing which provide us a solution for complex printing designs to meet high level of expectations.
Embroidery
Computerised multi head embroidery machines to make chain, loop stitch and chenneli designs up to 8-9 colors on Japanese make machine like Barudan & Tajima

Stone fixing, rhime stones, heat transfer photo & flock prints
